Dear Inhabitants, This week we're kicking off our favorite time of year - NY Design Week  - by bringing you up-to-the-minute green design reportage on BKLYN Designs 2010! We'll be on the scene in DUMBO starting tomorrow, and we're thrilled to announce that we'll be giving out awards for the greatest green furniture at BKLYN Designs in an awards ceremony at 5pm.  The 2nd annual Inhabitat BKLYN Designs Green Awards will take place at 5pm sharp at the BKLYN Designs Rice Bar, so join us to check out the most stunning sustainable designs from this year’s show! But that's not all - design week is just getting started and we can't wait to hit up the International Contemporary Furniture Fair next week from May 15-18, so stay tuned to Inhabitat for all of our latest coverage! Komen Foundation's Bake for Hope sale, a nation wide bake sale from coast to coast to raise money for breast cancer research.
